Cascades homeowners planning exterior updates, renovations, or improvements need to solicit approval from the Architectural Review Board and/or the CCSA Board of Directors. A written application is required. This includes exterior painting, roof replacement, driveway and sidewalk repairs, fence replacement, and any significant landscaping changes, including tree removal.
